This was my first time at this Post Office for a passport application & I won’t return. I had to return later that day due to an associate’s incompetence regarding the fees. Very frustrating.
This is not a post office but clown rejects from the circus. Heaven forbid you get sent a package UPS Surepost or FedEx Smartpost. Someone should let the upper crust know that the above aforementioned services are being neglected by the sloth like personnel. At least the sloth comes down from the tree now and again to take care of its business.
The Dacula Post Office SUCKS! I have complained numerous times about mis-delivered mail or non delivered mail or mail that says it was delivered by the tracking but no package anywhere to be found or the delivery driver too lazy to get out of their vehicle so they honk and shake a box at someone in my yard mowing my grass don't they the postal carrier get paid to deliver mail . The Post Master doesn't do a thing about it and they SUCK TOO! Every time we have a sub, they sort the mail incorrectly and deliver it incorrectly ...everytime and I ship a package and instead of them taking it to post office they deliver to me when I was the shipper not the receiver . Then I drop package off priority mail express on Friday but it doesn't ever get scan till very late on Saturday and says it won't be delivered until Tuesday late afternoon it is soppose to be 1 day service not 5 day service I going to start using Fedex and UPS alot more from now on I hope they like losing more then $2500 per month you ticked off the wrong person
Don't call for help on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. They answer the phone, put you on hold for 10+minutes, then never come back to the phone. We hung up and called back several times until they closed at noon. The phone was always busy. I'm assuming it's still off the hook. There's good customer service...Don't want to help so just put the phone down on the desk. Thanks a lot.
I mail my girlfriend Lauren Alaina a package I told them I wanna signature Required But the worker did not listen to me I did also do insurance if package is lost or damaged this post office needs to understand the customers better
