I had back surgery and they have been wonderful. I would not go any where else. There is no wait time and very helpful.
You will find yourself repeatedly sitting there, waiting for direction, while the employees shout across the room to each other "uhhh what is Jane supposed to be doing?" and "Can someone put Joe in a room?". VERY INEFFICIENT! You will find that they are juggling 20+ people at a time, and you will not get a dedicated one-on-one past your first appt. If you want to get REAL physical therapy and make progress, don't waste your time here.
I came in for an initial exam and had to wait 20 minutes to be called in. The exam was done by a student from another Hospital because Jordan had no time for me. The student is not on payroll so the exam should've been free of charge. The appointment was made with Jordan, they charged my insurance and took my co-pay. I'll never go back there again.

Have had a couple appointments here and for the first time I feel like I am actually getting treatment that will heal my entire body not just a quick fix! Love the staff from the greeting when you walk in until the moment you walk out! It may be painful getting through the treatments but if you get to do it with a laugh and friendly faces, it sure does make it easier!
NEEDLING WARNING - the tech that does the needling constantly gets up during the procedure to physically manipulate other patients that are sitting and waiting for direction, touching their sweaty bodies, and then returning to touching the needling patient WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES!! If you're not familiar with this, she uses her fingers to find a trigger area on your bare skin and then sticks the needle in - HOLY INFECTION!!!!
FIND ANOTHER PLACE! Not only does this location make a habit of billing your insurance for appointments and procedure that are NEVER performed, there are FAR too many patients there at one time. It's all about the $$$!
