I've been to this waffle House a few times and I've had the worst experience. On Nov. 9th 2017. One server by the name Chay was very unprofessional. She was talking about this other server by the name Desiree in front of customers. Which is unprofessional. I feel by Chay doing that it caused Desiree to be overwhelmed and leave the job. And the reason for that is because she was be discriminated against and harassed. I feel bad because Chay was saying Desiree didn't do her job right and she is tried of this s*#t. She also stated that she can't wait until Desiree either quit or leaves. From what i seen Desiree was doing her job. Desiree made a mistake and Chay embarrass Desiree by yelling "what are you doing". What bothered me the most is that servers get to act this way and there's no consequences. That's just unacceptable. If this is the way you service your customer by talking about things that should be discussed in private.. Then I don't think anyone should go there and spend there money. If something isn't done about it. I'm going to take in my own hands to have something done. I definitely will talk to someone that higher in power. HOPEFULLY WAFFLE HOUSE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT BEFORE THAT.
1st I love Waffle House but this location Kathy in particular older lady showed lack of customer service showed us she did not want to attend us and her attitude was ridiculous she might as well speak her mind cuz her attitude screamed at us. Smh. So many thing wrong and yet she got mad cuz she had no tip smh smh ..... I asked coffee on a to go cup I always do my preference sanitary reasons and my state of mind. I got a dirty cup and instead of getting clean Coffee all she did was pour it in the other cup and did not even refill it. I got the same dirty coffee on a to go cup and was not even refilled. Gave us a disgusting dirty fork and a spoon I’m sure she was able to see that was sooo wrong . I can go on the waffle was dark and hard the eggs runny I can go on that’s ridiculous.
I'm editing this review after a bad experience. I was actually contacted by the corporate office and the situation was corrected. I can definitely say they take customer satisfaction seriously.
Normally a pleasant place to eat where the staff enteracts and can joke around. Not the case today, our waitress was very pleasant in the beginning and quickly shifted gears to abrupt and rude. After 20 years of going here I'll drive the extra 2 miles to the other one.
