The best gift my husband ever gave me was monthly massages at Massage Envy! I've been going for almost two years and LOVE my massages. I see Ashley each time I go and she's wonderful. She has really helped to ease tension and pain I was having from sitting at an office job all day. I always felt like massages that I got at other spas were relaxing, but not necessarily that helpful in the long run. The massages I get at ME and especially with Ashley are both incredibly relaxing and helpful. The front staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I recently started facials there also. It had been awhile since I had a facial and never one at Massage Envy. Both the front staff and the aesthetician were friendly and explained everything I could expect. It was the best facial I've ever had and I'm very pleased with my results. I plan to get those every 1-2 months now too.

I have been getting massages here for over 2 years. Fernando and Andre are both absolutely amazing - extremely knowledgeable, focused on the areas you request, and always professional!
We did a couples massage and it was very mediocre, compared to the massage I had before. There were about 5 people at the front desk staring at us as the host asked if the massage was good. I'm not sure if that many people was at the front desk because they were training, but it was a little intimidating when the host was asking all these questions. I tipped the massage therapist, but when I told her it was meant to be split. The host stared at us and waited as if we were required to tip for the next therapist, because she applied the tip to only one therapist. My guy never mentioned he even enjoyed the massage, which he didn't. He wanted a warm feminine touch but was given a rough massage. When we asked were the tension spots were the massage therapist came back with a generic response. It seemed made up just for us to purchase the monthly membership . I wouldn't recommend this location. A WASTE OF MONEY!! Probably would have been better if we got Patty and Fernando because the two we had were not that great. I wish the Sugarloaf location that was recommended to me was not booked.
Underlining strangeness or tension when visiting, haven't a clue why; I really like massage therapist. She is professional and courteous.
