Always friendly and helpful and it helps that they are so much closer than the other "big box" stores.
The people here, especially the older guys and the lady at paint, are very knowledgeable. Not only do they know where everything in the store is but they know about the projects you need to do! Plus they have a cross-eyed cat.
Worst place ever if you wanna lose money. First, I bought a generator for the recent storm. Only after the guy helped me load it did they tell me no refunds/ no exceptions on storm related products. Which I kinda understand but at least let somebody know before they spend $900 in your store. I then went online to ace hardware and found the exact same product for $115 dollars cheaper. I asked to speak with a manager and they were unavialble. The lady on the phone at the store told me this is there normal practice. I will never spend another dollar with this company again!
Didn't have in stock what was said to be in stock on their website. At least the staff was pleasant.
Just like the slogan, the people at this Handy Ace Hardware and helpful folks. The shop is well sorted and kept clean.
