I'm very glad I do not bank here, but I do make a monthly deposit to a BoA account. Plan on waiting 20 minutes coming here. No matter the time I come here there is always only one teller working.
Customer service is in SERIOUS need of help at this location. Went in today for the first time since September 2016 (I normally just drive further for better service or go close to my job) and it has not changed.

Worst bank I have ever delt with I have had an account for 4 months. They won't let me cash a check and when I deposit a check it take almost two weeks to clear will be closing my account here
Took my daughter, who does not have a bank account with any bank, to cash a check drawn on boa and they charged her $8.00 on a $100.00 check. This bank is a rip off!! Teller was rude when asked why so much of a fee. Will never do business there again! Also went to cash a check at Regions bank. They have a 1% non account holder check cashing fee but they waived it.
